I believe the world needs more emotionally intelligent, creative leaders, and by leaders, I mean all of us. Change-makers who are strong enough to be sensitive, and secure enough to embrace vulnerability.

My role as your coach is to help you name and fully own your strengths, so you can lead from a place of authenticity, confidence, and possibility.
I use the CliftonStrengths® assessment to uncover what makes you uniquely powerful, and the Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) to reveal both your Creative Competencies and your Reactive Tendencies.
