Often, we step into leadership and change-making not just because the world didn’t inspire us, but because, in some way, it may have even hurt us. We saw what needed to change, within systems, communities, and sometimes within ourselves.
And yet, even as we work to transform the world, we, too, deserve support. I know this deeply, both as a coach and as someone who has been coached. I’ve experienced firsthand how healing and liberating it is to be seen, challenged, and guided.
When we do this inner work, we don’t just grow, we reclaim our power, break cycles, and help others do the same.
