CliftonStrengths Workshops & Team Development
Most of us learned early to look for what is wrong - with ourselves, with others, and with the way things are working. We are, unfortunately, quite skilled at noticing gaps, flaws, and problems. It is a habit that begins young and becomes deeply embedded.

A strengths-based approach starts with a different question: What is already strong here, and how can it be used more intentionally? CliftonStrengths is grounded in positive psychology and in Gallup’s research on human potential: people develop most effectively when they invest in their natural talents rather than trying to fix everything that feels missing.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I design and facilitate tailored CliftonStrengths workshops, training, and keynotes for teams and organizations that want to work together with greater understanding, energy, and effectiveness.

A different starting point
Strengths-based development is not about ignoring challenges or pretending everything is fine.
It is about beginning with what is valuable in us, our talents, perspectives, motivations, and ways of contributing, and using that awareness to address what is difficult.
Every person brings a unique combination of strengths. Every team brings a distinctive pattern of talents, differences, tensions, and possibilities. When people understand those patterns, they can communicate with more clarity, collaborate with more generosity, and better partner with the strengths around them.

Gallup’s research suggests that the most engaged and productive teams share a common purpose, understand one another’s strengths, and intentionally use those strengths in their work.

Workshops designed around your team
I do not offer a one-size-fits-all workshop. We begin with a conversation about what matters most to your team right now, then design the session around your context, goals, and the realities people are navigating.

Possible directions include:

-
Building a stronger team foundation. Understanding individual strengths, appreciating differences, and creating a shared language for collaboration.

-
Exploring what makes teams strong. Using Gallup’s five findings about strong teams to reflect on where your team is today and identify opportunities to grow.

-
Improving communication and cross-functional collaboration. Understanding how different strengths shape priorities, decision-making, and ways of working.

-
Strengthening leadership teams. Helping senior leaders understand the tone they set, use their collective strengths well, and model the culture they want to create.

-
Supporting newly formed teams. Building trust, clarity, and mutual appreciation from the beginning.

-
Working with tension and difference. Exploring how strengths can complement one another, where friction may arise, and how to work with differences constructively rather than take them personally.

-
Preventing burnout and supporting wellbeing. Examining what energizes and drains people, and how to create more sustainable ways of working.

-
Building engagement and shaping culture. Connecting strengths to purpose, meaningful contribution, wellbeing, and the everyday behaviours that shape your organization.
Gallup emphasizes that strengths development is most powerful when it becomes part of everyday work, not a one-time event. Teams benefit when strengths conversations continue in meetings, feedback, planning, and collaboration.

Who I work with
I work with diverse teams at many stages: teams that have just come together, established teams navigating change or tension, cross-functional groups learning to work better across differences, and executive teams that want to strengthen how they lead and set the tone for the wider organization.

Whether your goal is engagement, wellbeing, performance, culture, communication, or simply a better way of working together, we can design a session that meets your team where it is.

Let’s design it together
If you would like to explore a CliftonStrengths workshop for your team, I would be glad to hear what you are working toward and what would make the biggest difference.

Team Development & Facilitation
Space for honest conversation. Structure for meaningful progress.
Some conversations need more than an agenda. They need someone who can hold the room, making space for different perspectives, helping people stay engaged when disagreement arises, and keeping the group connected to what it wants to achieve.

I provide team coaching, team development, and professional facilitation for teams and organizations that want to think more clearly and work better together.

Whether you are navigating growth, change, exploring a difficult question, strengthening relationships, or planning what comes next, we begin by understanding the landscape: what is happening, what needs attention, and what you want to be different.

For a facilitated session, my role is not to teach your group what to think or arrive with the answers. It is to design and guide a process that helps people contribute, listen, question assumptions, and create something together. I bring extensive facilitation experience, thoughtful structure, and close attention to the dynamics in the room.

The aim is deeper understanding, shared ownership and clear next steps that people have helped define.
Where ongoing development is needed, team coaching offers space to turn those insights into different ways of working.

Let’s talk about the conversation your team needs to have, and what would make it worthwhile.
