My Approach

I strongly believe the world needs more unique balanced leaders, and by leaders I mean all of us - strong enough to be sensitive, and secure enough to be vulnerable.

We've all wondered who we are and what makes us distinctive. There is a lot that is right with us and I use CliftonStrenghts assessment to help you name what makes you unique.

Effective leadership has never been more critical. To maximize your leadership growth we can also use The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) which is a true breakthrough among 360 degree profiles. It is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains — Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies — and integrates this information so that key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface.

You’ll find positive psychology guides my approach, and enhances your experience. I'm also inspired by Frederic Laloux, Bob Anderson, Susan Cain, Amy Edmondson, Daniel Goleman, Brene Brown and many others.
